Part 1 – What You Say Out Loud
This is the “easy” part. It’s a 10-day challenge that will help you learn how you speak about yourself out loud, to others. You’ll learn where you’re insulting, berating or downplaying who and what you are. And, in doing so, you are starting to train yourself for the much more difficult task — changing your inner thoughts. (That’s Part 2.)
Part 2 – What You Think
This is the much tougher part of the exercise. This will take you the better part of a month to complete. We suggest you plan to do the exercise over the course of 30 days. Before you begin, grab yourself a pen and two pieces of paper. And notice that, below the video you can download a page of examples of effective Positive Statements.
